Led by Matthieu and Ish alongside a small team in their Dundee micro-factory, Ocelot focuses on exceptional flavor profiles and production transparency, working closely with their Amsterdam-based sister brand Original Beans.

Launched from an Edinburgh kitchen, Ocelot marries culinary craft with bold graphic arts. Co-founder and illustration graduate Ish treats each hand-wrapped bar like a canvas, creating visually arresting packaging for a chocolate obsession that has earned them several Golden Fork nominations.
